The Houston Tuner Galleria was a huge success!
Houston's Tuner Galleria was a huge success and we would like to thank all of its supporters, competitors and models that came out to support. We are extremely excited for the 2010 season where we will be able to travel for a series of events bringing the same quality of cars around the United States.
Tuner Galleria is proud to announce its winners from the Houston Autorama. Taking Best of Show Overall was Larry Dye and his amazingly built 2007 Porsche Cayman. The attention to detail on this vehicle is simply peerless. Outstanding overall awards went to Greg Lilly, Larry Dye and TG from G-Force for Import/Sport Compact, European/Luxury and Modern Muscle respectively.
Rising Star Awards went to Michael Nguyen with his 1999 Honda Prelude, Rob Amason in his 2003 VW GTI and Joseph Gudino with his 2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS.
Specialty awards were given for the categories of body work, engine aesthetics, interior and paint finish. Larry Dye came up big in both the body work and paint finish category, while TG with his 2006 Pontiac GTO took home engine aesthetics. Last but not least, Terry Holly's 1965 Lincoln Continental had the most outstanding interior on the show floor. That wasn't Holly's only award for the day however, as Outstanding Mobile Entertainment also went to his Lincoln Continental.
Club/Team awards were given to Team NextStage for Representation while Team IKON took home Outstanding Club/Team Overall.
