Fire Regulations
Any vehicle must have no more than 1/4 tank of gas and the battery disconnected during the duration of the event.
Move-in
The George R. Brown Convention Center will be available for vehicle move-in from 9:00am to 8:00pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2009. There will be absolutely no move-in allowed Thursday, November 26, 2009.
Vehicle placement is on a first come first serve basis. Car crews need to caravan together during move-in in order to guarantee placement together. Teams are encouraged to be creative on their group display.
Show management reserves the right to refuse vehicles that are not in presentable condition.
Each vehicle registration comes with two wristbands which will be provided upon vehicle check-in. Wristbands must be worn to gain entrance daily and also throughout the entire event.
Award Ceremony
The vehicle award ceremony takes place at 3PM on Sunday, November 29, 2009. Award winners will also be posted on the Tuner Galleria website.
Move-out
Move-out is immediately following the close of the show on Sunday, November 29, 2009. No extended move-out exceptions are allowed.
