Fire Regulations
Any vehicle must have no more than 1/4 tank of gas and the battery disconnected during the duration of the event.
Move-in
The World Congress Center will be available for vehicle move-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 28, 2010. There will be absolutely no move-in allowed Friday, January 29, 2010.
Vehicle placement is on a first come first serve basis. Car crews need to caravan together during move-in in order to guarantee placement together. Teams are encouraged to be creative on their group display.
Show management reserves the right to refuse vehicles that are not in presentable condition.
Each vehicle registration comes with two weekend entry passes which will be provided upon vehicle check-in. Weekend entry passes must be present to gain entrance daily and also throughout the entire event.
Award Ceremony
The vehicle award ceremony takes place at 6 PM on Sunday, January 31, 2010. Award winners will also be posted on the Tuner Galleria website.
Move-out
Move-out is immediately following the close of the show on Sunday, January 31, 2010. No extended move-out exceptions are allowed.
